Oat & Millet flake bowl


..I have been so busy with studying that it has been a slight struggle to find time; the thought of making an elaborate breakfast has definitely been a challenge  However I am an absolute breakfast addict/foodie and I couldn't just "skip it". Hence I conjured up this super quick, yet really tasty breakfast bowl recipe - check it out - it's definitely worth a shot!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of oats
1/3 cup of millet seed flakes
3/4 tspn pitaya powder
1 tspn of peanut butter
1 tbs milled flax seeds
1/4 -1/2 of a pear
1 1/3 cup of coconut/almond milk

Method:
- Adjust the proportions according to the consistency you prefer (just add less milk if you like it more thicker). In the end, it's all up to your personal taste!
- Let all of the above soak together for 5-10minutes & blend it all in a blender!
- Top it with your favourite fruits/musli/coconut flakes or whatever you enjoy the most!





That's would be all there is to it. Soaking & blending is really time saving yet it still makes sure that you will enjoy a fully delicious & nutritious brekkie! With the base of oats/millet seeds/amaranth you can experiment blending other fruits or superfoods. The possibilities are endless & so yummy!
